OK SO HERE'S THE DEAL

I love to wear a warm fuzzy cardigan over a strappy or tube dress

OR even just to wear over a tank/tee during the Summer, bc where I live it's HOTTTT, and every place blasts the AC so you can't go into a restaurant wearing a little dress when it's 100 outside, because inside it's gonna be like 40

tip: I like sweaters with large open necks, so that if my hair is sleekly pulled back, it won't mess it up from taking it on/off

YES, I'm still warm if my neck is exposed IF the sweater is super heavy cashmere/mohair 

CASHMERE IN THE SUMMER IS MY THING

this is normally not my style and maybe that's why I'm attracted to it???

STYLE it with an all black dress and black flat gladiators or APL sneakers

ALSO wear your hair sleekly pulled back
