Swimsuit season is upon us, and with it comes beach days, BBQs, pool parties, and, well, trying to look foxy in a swimsuit. The best way to look good in a bathing suit (or anything else, for that matter) is to dress for your body type. Wearing things that flaunt and flatter in all the right places is key! Our Trendsetter Sugar and Spice is here to break it all down for us. Be sure to check out the fashion and lifestyle blog, featuring outfit posts, latest lust-haves, and random ramblings.

There are as many different body types as there are women. There are nearly as many names for these body types, but for the purposes of this post I have chosen five:

  1. **Top heavy:**Choose a halter-neck bikini top that comes to a V because this will lengthen the neck and create a super-flattering shape. This Eda halter neck bikini from Asos has hidden underwiring to give extra support:

If you have a boyish figure you are likely lucky enough to be able to wear something a little more daring, like this cutaway one-piece from Peacocks:

4.** Pear shaped**:Detail up top will attract attention to this area whilst a halter neck will balance out the top half with the bottom. Try this Reiss halter-neck swimsuit with frill detail at the top and high cut legs which will help to lengthen and slim:
