Just loving the current Banana Republic fall campaign.  With slogans like “Exceed expectations” and “Balancing act”, the ads show women having fun in their stylish work clothing.  This exact advertisement was on the back cover of this month’s Glamour.  I was secretly eye-ing the sweater/blazer piece she’s wearing.
