Get the designer look for less with Shop It To Me on the high street
We love a good look at all the latest designer pieces each season. Most fashion lovers do. But – that doesn’t mean we’ve all got the budget for this type of shopping. So, today, we’re having a look at ways you can get the designer look – on a more credit card-friendly budget. And we’re headed to the high street.
That’s right. Today, we’re looking only at designer dupes straight from the high street. These pieces are not direct copies of designer goodies. Nor are they ripping off designer styles – like fakes.
However, these cleverly designed high street pieces are heavily inspired by the runway pieces we all know and love. This way, high street shoppers can get their hands on the fashion and accessories you love – at a price that suits.
And because we’re Shop It To Me, we’ve got some pretty special prices lined up for you as well.
Valentino Rockstud Sandals
We all know them. They’re not new but they’ve been having quite a revival for 2020. The Valentino Rockstud sandals. And especially the flat sandals.
These heavily embellished sandals always look good and can be worn with a multitude of outfits all spring and summer long. But at $995, they’re a pretty special treat to splurge on.
Steve Madden Dupes
If you don’t feel like splurging right now but are craving a super similar look, these Steve Madden studded sandals at $79 do just the trick.
Agolde and R13 Cross-Over Jeans
They’re the biggest jeans on Instagram right now. They’re confusing for some and a must-have for others. But if you’re big into fashion trends, you’ll know all about them. The oversized cross-over jeans from both Agolde and R13.
With the Agolde jeans at $190 and the R13 styles at $425, these are the kind of jeans that need an investment. If you don’t want to invest so heavily on a trend piece, luckily Topshop is here to help.
These Topshop jeans were $100. Now with Shop It To Me, you can grab them at just $50. And they NAIL this on-trend cross-over look to a tee.
Ganni Leopard Wrap Dress
Somewhat of a cult dress this year, the Ganni leopard wrap is a must-have for most die-hard leopard lovers. At the original price of $475, it’s a possibility for some shoppers. But, it’s a stretch for many – especially as a statement dress that might not be worn as much as some of your others.
Luckily, we found this particularly stunning leopard wrap dress that – although different – serves a very similar purpose in your wardrobe. With similar details, like statement sleeves and feminine wrap belt – we thought this Rhode dupe reduced to $127 was a very subtle alternative.
On our hunt for a Ganni dress dupe, we also happened to find the actual Ganni dress in the Nordstrom sale for $142.50. So – how about that!? An exact dupe! AKA the actual dress with 70% off!
Jacquemus Le Chiquito Mini Bag
If the Jacquemus La Chiquito mini bag isn’t the biggest (pardon the pun) bag of spring 2020, we don’t know what was. This bag has been HUGE this year on Instagram. And one of the most popular bags at any and all fashion weeks since its release.
Super cute and ridiculously impractical, this cult bag is seriously cool. But at $1213 currently on Farfetch, it’s price tag certainly does not match its size.
When it comes to huge trends, you know Topshop is never going to be far behind. Always looking out for what’s next, the Brit brand certainly spotted this trend and fired out these 2 cuties straight away.
Starting at $35, these were both already high on the highstreet shopping list but with reductions as low as $14 on Shop It To Me, they’re a must-have.
Gianvito Rossi Thong Sandals
The thinner and more minimal the sandals, the better. The trend for thong and minimal heeled sandals is getting more and more prolific. It’s everywhere you look and if you’ve ignored it so far, it won’t be long until curiosity gets the better of you.
The Gianvito Rossi versions were some of the first to gain popularity. With a $695 price tag, they are also somewhat out of reach for our highstreet shoppers.
Jeffrey Campbell and Nine West Dupes
And in steps Jeffrey Campbell and Nine West. Literally.
Both of these sandals could have come straight off the runway and at $49.95 and $79 respectively, they’re what we like to call, a ‘steal’.
Gucci Varsity Cardigan
With a serious varsity edge, this Gucci cardigan kind of came out of the blue when it comes to trends this year. But here it is and here we are. And people are loving it. We’ve seen it on everyone from JLo to Hailey Bieber but with it, comes a $2200 price tag so, it’s not for everyone.
But don’t worry. If you love this varsity styling, we came across this Sandro cardigan that is a pretty good dupe. It’s still beautiful quality and the styling is super similar but at a 90% reduction on price.
It was $340 and is now down to $204. There are only mediums left so if you love it, our advice is to grab it now.
Gucci Espadrille Sandals
Chunky and typically splashed with double G branding, our final designer pick is the popular Gucci espadrille sandals for this season. This classic slide is a semi flatform with a simple single foot strap. Easy to wear and style.
The only downside? They come at a cost of $590.
Old Navy Dupes
If you’re totally obsessed with the double G Gucci branding, then there’s not much you can do other than splurge for the real deal. However, if you love the shape and style of the Gucci espadrilles and can live without the logo, try these very similar styled Old Navys.
At $28, you can’t go wrong. And with an on-trend leopard print to pair with the espadrille sole, you’ll be wearing these with anything from white summer dresses to jeans and a tee.
We are forever on the hunt for the best fashion at the best prices. Whether that means the best designer dupes around or the hottest trend pieces for the season ahead. So, if you want to get involved and join our crew – now is the time.
