The Only Skirts You Need This Fall

THAT Topshop Slip

Ok, so this has basically been Topshops staple this season and I absolutely love it. They've released some new colours in their classic satin slip but, for me, the black still wins if you're opting for just one.

I love to pair satin with different textures, so I'd team it with this really chunky sweater, front tucked to show the high waist of the skirt and then why not add a pop of leopard to finish? Team with booties or sneaks.

Alongside satin, leather is also the hit fabric of the season.

It can sometimes be hard to style a leather midi without feeling too restricted but with this thigh-high slit, the skirt becomes instantly chicer and less office-appropriate (which is a good thing!!)

I love it with a slim fit knit but also I love leather paired with lace for a really sexy evening look. You can glam this skirt up to the max or you can throw on sneakers and the chunky knit above and rock it on a Sunday. I LOVE VERSATILE clothes!

Knitted skirts are best layered up and this look works really well when you do everything in one block colour to create lots of texture. I love a really fitted skirt like this with a chunky, longline sweater and finished with a coordinating scarf, the bigger, the better.
