Brands that recently (2017/2018) committed to stop using real fur are Versace, Gucci, Burberry (fun fact Ricardo Tisci left Givenchy last year to become Burberry's Chief Creative Officer & that's why things look different) and Ricardo's 1st collection for Burberry is premiering now at Fashion Week, and Michael Kors (who btw bought Jimmy Choo last year) is also vowing to go fur free
btw Net-a-Porter, Yoox, and many other retailers are fur free now. And the BFC British Fashion Council made sure that this year's London Fashion Week be 100% fur free
There's also a HELLA INTERESTING about of material on the web re: burning designer merchandise by brands at the end of the season to preserve the "brand name"
I just researched this and how Burberry is now doing something about it wrt their Brand
