Dressing to shop can be tricky. We still want to be cute, but we NEED to be comfortable and everything needs to go off and on with ease inside a cramped fitting room. This is what I want to be wearing to shop in...
This is super casual, but still on-trend. I'd get the tee 2 sizes up so it's extra slouchy and easy to whip off and the skirt will cinch it, but the zip makes it easy to remove too. See my theme here? Comfy, cool and easy AF to take off and put back on with minimal strife! As I mentioned, slip-ons are essential. These slides are more city chic than swimming pool, so I think they're perfect.
Slightly dressier but in a secretly super-comfy way! Never EVER wear leather pants to shop. That's a rule that I will always stick by. Except, here. These faux leather track pants are perfect for a chic-at-first-glance look, which is actually super comfy. The top is also dressy but actually really easy for shopping. Plus, it's just good sense to wear a strapless bra to try on! Add these mule basics and that's a very cool shopping look IMO.
When it comes to shopping, cool is important but comfort is essential.
Outfit 1
An easssssyyy dress. That's exactly what this is. This WILT dress is loose-fit with a little stretch, which means once inside the fitting room, you can whip if off with minor stress, time and hair ruining. Plus, it's really cool. My footwear rule for shopping is NEVER do laces. You'll be bored of taking them off in like 5 minutes. However, these genius little things are lace-up slip-ons!! I swear someone designed them especially for me.
