These are my "perfect" dresses, broken down by goals
The Dressy Day Dress
I love when I have to get super dressed up during the day
- this Z&V dress doesn't look extremely dressy, but add embellished shoes and a sweet bag
- Vetiver is a name I REMEMBER b/c I love allll of their dresses
- Preen can do no wrong ever in my mind
- Another hot designer, this dress is classic enough to be re-worn MANY times
The Wear To Work Dress
IMO this is the hardest dress to shop for
- Elie Tahari pretty much has work dresses down to perfection, but this one is exceptional
- Cargo w.o being cargo
- Fashion forward enough to hopefully pass in some work environments- possible casual Friday's?
- ZOOM INTO this dress and it's instantly noticeable. This dress is made for the working woman
The "I want to wear black, but it's the Summer and I don't want to look like Wednesday Adams" Dress
I feel your pain and try to go out of the comfort zone of black and into these stunners.
- An on sale Nicholas is a good Nicholas
- This dress has so much style it's almost too much, but of course it's NOT
- Dark, flattering, slimming, this will work
- Short, flirty, fun, sheer sleeves, I'm a fan
Obviously there are more than 4 occasions to cover- maybe that will be tomorrow's post??

The Little White Dress
- full blown o.b.s.e.s.s.e.d
- down for the long sleeve whimsical vibe
- FL&L is nailing it here
- tacky? WRONG, this dress is victorian chicness
