Levi’s
How can we do a denim brands blog without the inclusion of one of the biggest denim labels in the world, Levi’s? Still a classic in the game and worn by teenagers up to retirees, Levi’s continues to create the styles that everyone craves, no matter what your ages or taste.
From classic and perfectly on-trend, loose-fit 501s to classic dark-wash western-inspired styles and even ultra-traditional bootcut jeans, Levi’s now has plus size inclusivity and continues to make high-quality jeans with a high end feel and an affordable price tag. They’re still super popular when it comes to menswear too.
Here are some Levi’s you can’t miss.
Madewell
Madewell jeans are all about on-trend styles and shapes, giving you a way to wear classic denim in an edgy way. Owned by bigger high street retailer J.Crew, Madewell has a focus on quality as well as wearability which means the prices are affordable but the denim is trustworthy. Definitely worth a go if you’ve not yet tried a pair for yourself.

GAP
GAP has a huge range of cuts and fits when it comes to denim for women and remain one of the most affordable names in the denim world. This doesn't mean that they compromise on quality though. With sizes 24-35 on offer as well as petite and tall, you don't get much more diverse than GAP's jeans range.
Here are a couple of the various fits from GAP, all available on Shop It To Me.
Paige
Paige has been gradually expanding its denim offering since its launch and now designs everything from classic styles to vintage-inspired pieces and then ultra on-trend styles that look like they’ve come straight off the runway. This LA brand is all about choice. The label is a more premium high street brand so prices aren’t necessarily cheap but they’re known for the high-quality denim fabrics which means they’re an investment piece for your wardrobe.
Look to Paige for this season’s biggest trend, straight leg denim jeans for that slightly wider fit jean that gives any look a street style edge. With both mid-rise and high-waist options for all shapes and sizes, pair Paige straight jeans with anything from simple tees to chic bodysuits and blazers.
Here are some of the slim fit straight leg jeans that we love from Paige on Shop It To Me.
J Brand
This is a classic brand that you’ve probably known about for years. But if you haven’t tried a pair of J Brand jeans yet, now could be the time. They’ve been branching out recently into more on-trend styles and shapes to suit the season but where J Brand win is when it comes to classic skinny styles and straight leg jeans. Because of the quality and fit, this is a great place to try white jeans as you know you can depend on the coloring and lack of transparency!
Good American
Good American offer a huge range of inclusive sizing (00 – 24) and shapes when it comes to jeans. Plus, it’s the denim brand brought to us by Khloe Kardashian so we’re guessing you’ve probably heard of it by now. But don’t think this another celebrity fad label. The designers at Good American have put a serious amount of time and effort into creating jeans for curvier shapes.
From flexible waistbands to cuts that sculpt your thighs and derriere, this is a great brand to go to for all things skinny jeans. In a wide range of washes, find full-length and cropped styles with selvage denim edges, raw denim hems plenty of other chic hem detailing that makes their skinny jeans distinctive to the label. These Los Angeles-based jeans are very good quality denim so expect to see prices between the $139 and $179 mark. Even better when shopping through Shop It To Me for discounts on current line styles!
Here are some of our top picks from Good American.
Rag & Bone
Rag & Bone is based in New York and hit the denim scene back in 2002. Since then, the brand has gone from strength to strength within the celeb and fashion pack as one of the most popular denim brands on the market. With a focus on that edgy and minimal New York aesthetic, Rag & Bone are great for a classic skinny jean, perfect for chic coated, leather-look styles and idea for that on-trend straight-cut, slightly rugged blue jean. Prices can go up to around $250 for a pair of Rag & Bone jeans so grab them on sale with Shop It To Me for jeans that are in store now with a slashed price tag.
Urban Outfitters
Urban Outfitters is the Philadelphia-born brand that is now seen all over the world and focuses on edgy trends with an urban vibe. When it comes to denim trends, Urban Outfitters is likely to have something to suit and with standard prices around the $60 to $70 mark, you can try out something a little different without too heavy of an investment. Think pastel hues and distressed boyfriend fits.
A.P.C.
Straight leg and retro styles pack the A.P.C. collections and being French, this brand is all about chic style. Slightly higher on price point than some of the other premium high street labels, you’re looking around $170 to $220 for some A.P.C. jeans but with that, you can get an undeniable quality and fit that the brand has become famous for. If you’re looking for chic and stylish and some European edge, head to A.P.C. for slim-fit boyfriend jeans, statement prints, and leg-elongating flares.
Topshop
Topshop is the UK-based brand that women and girls all over the world are obsessed with. Known for their on-trend seasonal collections and super-low prices paired with pretty decent quality, your new pair of jeans might just be English born.
With a focus on trends, Topshop jeans always offer that model-off-duty kind of vibe. From high-rise skinny jeans to ultra-trendy wide-leg and cropped blue jeans with a super high waist, Topshop always has a huge range of styles and shapes for all figures. Prices are often around the $75 mark but shop through us and you’re looking at loads of pairs under $40. Shop Topshop through Shop It To Me at Nordstrom.
Here are some of our current fave picks from the Topshop selection, right now.
Re/Done
Jeans with an edge so sharp you need to be careful. Re/Done is cool. Like, seriously cool. This relatively new brand that takes apart vintage Levi’s and recreates on-trend jeans that are not only sustainably made but also effortlessly stylish. If you’re on the hunt for a more sustainable way to buy denim or you just love jeans with a little more edge than your typical high street pair, try some beautifully made straight Re/Dones or some stone-washed ‘90s vibes.
Finding your perfect denim brand might require a little bit of trial and error. You need to find a price point that works for you but when it comes to jeans, remember that they’re an investment which pays off if you opt for the right pair.
When you’re choosing your price point, think about the ‘cost per wear”of the item. For example, if you’re going to wear a statement pair of jeans maybe two or three times a year, your cost per wear is going to be higher, letting you know that they might not be the best investment. However, if you’ll likely wear them three times a week for the next few months, your cost per wear is much lower, making them a great investment.
Great jeans can be worn with anything from sneakers or slides and a simple t-shirt to your most expensive strappy sandals. So, get them right and you’ll never look back with any regret.
