When we find great blog posts, we enjoy re-posting them. This one is from our Trendsetter Dennis Cahlo, editor of Made to Measure. When it comes to men’s fashion, he’s an expert on styling affordable pieces into sophisticated outfits that look like they cost a million bucks. Here are some great, breezy outfits to help you transition into the spring season — using clothing from retailers like H&M, Aldo, JC Penney and Old Navy!
Bright colors are definitely in this season, and we liked the way Dennis incorporated some saturated polo shirts and printed pocket squares to add some color without overwhelming the look. The color palette feels fresh and we love the texture of the charcoal heather pieces from H&M.
If you’re feeling inspired, you can add brands like Old Navy and Gap to your Salemail by logging in to your account and clicking Men’s Clothing – Brands and then “Show all brands”. Other affordable brands that offer that going-boating look are Aeropostale, Dockers, Fossil, Nautica and Steve Madden.
