To change Salemail frequency, log in to your account, click "Email Frequency" and change your preference under "When would you like to receive emails?" Then click "Save".
Get the UK version of Salemail?
We're excited you want to try Shop It To Me UK!
If you'd like to keep your current Shop It To Me subscription as well, you can sign up at www.ShopItToMe.co.uk and create a profile using a different email address.

Use Salemail outside the US?
First, decide if you'd like to receive the US or UK version of Salemail. Then, update your settings so your Salemail only includes items that ship to your country.

What is Threads?
What is Threads?
Threads is the latest from Shop It To Me -- a personal shopping feed you can custom-tailor to your taste. Add anything you care about as a "Thread" -- brands, trends, prices, the sky's the limit. Then visit anytime for updates from 150+ stores on just the stuff you love, all in one place.
Threads is currently in Beta. We're continuing to improve and add new features and functionality, so stay tuned! And if you have any suggestions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We'd love your feedback!
What is a Thread?
A Thread is any combination of brands, trends, prices, or other interests. You can add any Threads you're interested in, or create your own. For each of your Threads, we'll check 150+ stores and show item results in your size.
When should I use Threads?
Your Threads update every morning, so check back daily for your shopping snapshot. Any Threads with new matches will appear in bold.
How do I access Threads?
Just visit http://www.shopittome.com/threads.
Does Threads cost anything?
Nope! Threads is a completely free service.
I've been using Shop It To Me for years. Will I keep getting my Salemail email?
Yes! If you were already signed up for Salemail, you will still continue to receive it. However, Threads is far more customizable, interactive and easy to use, so we encourage you to check Threads regularly.
How To Use Threads
What can I find in each of the tabs?
When you log in to Threads, the main page is your "Daily Dozen" shopping snapshot -- a rundown of your top 12 most important Threads. You can also visit "My Threads" to shop and edit your personal Threads, "Explore" to see what else is popular with members like you, "Retailer Sales" for a shortlist of today's top sales and "Starred Items" for -- you guessed it -- any items you've starred.
How do I add a new Thread?
Type any brand, trend or other interest in the text box on the top right corner to see results. Be creative!
You can also find Thread suggestions in the "Add Brands & Trends" tab. Just click the "Add" button to add any of these suggestions to your preferences.
How do I remove a Thread?
Just hover over the name of the Thread you want to stop following and click "x". We suggest you keep your preferences current and delete any Threads you're no longer crazy about.
How can I get suggestions on new Threads to add?
Suggestions appear at the bottom of each Thread. Click the "Add" button on any you like. Also visit the "Add Brands & Trends" tab for additional suggestions. We recommend visiting frequently so you can keep your Threads current.
What does it mean if a Thread is in bold?
Within any of your tabs ("My Threads", "Explore", "Retailer Sales" or "Saved Items"), a Thread name will appear in bold if it contains new items. It's a signal you may want to check it out.
Are the items full price or on sale?
Currently all items are on sale. Stay tuned -- we will be adding new arrivals soon!
How do I star an item? Where are my starred items located?
Click the star below any item to save it to a list. Manage all your lists in the tab "My Starred Items".
How do I buy an item I see in Threads?
Just click on the item you'd like to buy. We'll take you to the store's website and you can make your purchase directly from that store.
How do I set a maximum price?
When you're viewing a specific Thread, click "Set Max Price" and enter the amount. You can set a maximum price for a Thread anytime. Click "Edit Max Price" to change or remove the maximum.
Do you email me my Threads updates?
We email you Threads updates periodically, but we suggest you check your personal Threads feed daily so you don't miss the latest happenings. Recommended: bookmark http://www.shopittome.com/threads for instant access.
Threads Technical Questions
Does Threads work on iphone/Android/mobile?
Unfortunately Threads is not optimized for all mobile devices...yet! But stay tuned because we're launching iPhone-friendly versions of Threads in the near future. More good news: Threads does already work on the iPad and on Android phones.
Threads isn't working in my browser. Why not?
Salemail Technical Questions
I can't see the images in my Salemail!
What do you use to read emails? Shop It To Me Search at any time to view your Salemails on the web.
My Salemail is clipped in Gmail. Clicking "View entire message" doesn't display images!
When you get your next Salemail, click the link at the top of the email that says "always display images from email@example.com". Do this before you click "View entire message", or else you will not see images. After doing this once, you should be able to see images in all of your future Salemail. You can also use Shop It To Me Search at any time to view your Salemails on the web.
I clicked on an item in my Salemail, but it's unavailable!
Items can often go out of stock within 24 hours (or sometimes even less!) Unfortunately, unavailable items are one of the side effects of offering such great deals. We hope you understand and keep clicking early and often! Items should be in stock the moment you receive the email. If you find an item was out of stock as soon as you received the email, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org!
The price in my Salemail doesn't match the price on the retailer site!
Generally your emails will reflect the lowest price. Check to see if there is a discount code right under the retailer name that you must apply check-out. If not, occasionally the retailer increases the price after we check the sites each morning -- which is extremely frustrating to us too! Hopefully you will not experience this again, but if you do -- please let us know, as we do monitor these discrepancies and do everything possible to make the prices you see the most up-to-date and accurate.
I haven't been receiving my Salemail!

If you are still having trouble viewing images, contact , and be sure to include which email program and operating system you are using.
I accidentally deleted a Salemail. How can I see an old one?
To view your most recent Salemail you can visit Shop It To Me Search. Click the "Last Salemail" button to view items from your most recent Salemail that are still in stock! To recover older Salemails try checking your trash/deleted items folder if you haven't already.

Tell friends about Salemail?
We're thrilled you want to tell your friends about Salemail! To do this log in to your account and either click "Invite Friends" at the top of the page or "Tell More Friends" at the bottom.
Get my gift card or check the status of the friends I've invited?
You can check which friends have signed up at any time. To do this, log in to your account and click "View Invite Status". Once you've had enough friends sign up (all with legitimate, unique accounts that follow the promotion guidelines), we will send you an email with instructions on how to receive your gift card. Let us know if you don't receive it within 72 hours of reaching the required number of sign ups.
Ensure I get gift card credit for the friends I have referred?
You can view the status of all the friends you have referred to by logging in to your account and clicking "View Invite Status". For you to get credit, your friends must sign up using the link in your referral email. (It's the only way we can track referrals!) Your friends must also confirm their email.
Change the gift card I selected during sign up?
When the required number of your friends register and you earn a gift card, you'll receive a notification email from us. At that time, you'll be able to select a different gift card if you wish.
