                       SHOP IT TO ME LAUNCHES "SALE SPOT"
         OFFERING SUBSCRIBERS MORE ACCESS TO CLOTHING DEALS THEY CRAVE

San Francisco, CA, FEBRUARY 1, 2009-Online personal sale shopper Shop It To Me
(www.shopittome.com) is unveiling a new way for its more than 1 million
subscribers to shop for great deals on the clothing, shoes and accessories they
want.

Beginning February 1, Shop It To Me's subscribers will be able to shop from a
portal of sale merchandise customized to meet their preferences.  Each
subscriber's personalized "Sale Spot" homepage will be different-stocked only
with the types of clothing and accessories they want, from the brands and
retailers they love, in their personal sizes.

Shop It To Me's original and primary offering, SaleMail(tm), is a free,
personalized email alert, that has been arriving in subscribers' in-boxes since
Fall 2005.  A fun and convenient way to find clothing sales and discounts
online, SaleMail(tm) provides shoppers an easy-to-navigate digest of what goes
on sale that day in their personal sizes from the brands and retailers of their
choice.  Each SaleMail(tm) displays product images, original and new sale
prices, and "click to buy" links.

Until now, Shop It To Me subscribers had access through SaleMail(tm) only to
those items newly marked down for that day's communiqu�.  With their new
personalized "Sale Spot" homepages, shoppers can select from not just that day's
sale items, but all available sale items that meet their preferences-including
those from previous alerts.   In addition, the "Sale Spot" homepages feature
filters for navigating items by price, brand, item type or retailer.

Shop It To Me's subscribers will be able to access their new "Sale Spot"
homepages through a link that appears at the bottom of SaleMail(tm) or by
logging into www.shopittome.com.  New users can set up their SaleMail(tm) and
"Sale Spot" homepage by going to www.shopittome.com, where they can select from
a robust list of more than 500 brands from Ann Taylor to Zac Posen, input their
individual sizes, and set the frequency with which they wish to receive
SaleMail(tm) alerts.

Shop It To Me's highly personalized approach has won favor with sale shoppers.
In the fourth quarter of 2008, more than 500,000 new subscribers signed up, and
deals within SaleMail(tm) averaged 42% off original retail prices.
